Refund Policy

All sales are final. In the occasion a user's system has all the correct software updates and can illustrate the software does not function properly a refund is up to our discretion.

User(s) agree that their will be no "technical support" for the Monthly, Annual or Lifetime memberships after a cancellation has occurred other than answering general questions. The same agreement will apply for instances where a refund was issued for the product. This is because you must be a subscriber to get critical updates to the software. REI Autocomp (IWEB Ventures, LLC) reserves the right to change benefits and/or features and pricing of the product at any time with or without notification to users. *** Monthly, Quarterly and Annual members will no longer receive updates or support if membership is cancelled. We reserve the sole right and authority to update and change our terms of service at any time without notice. We strictly reserve the right to update and change our pricing models at any time without notice. Using our software is your acceptance of our terms of service. We do not/can not provide support unless you are using the most recent version of the software - The current version is REI Autocomp v15.8​.
