We are excited to announce the latest version of REI Autocomp release v8.5!

This release has a total of (7) improvements.

Here are the updates:

Update 1 - Company Branding: Users can now customize their software with Company Name and Company Phone. Great for sharing reports.

Update 2 - Instructions: Purchasers can register as members to get an immediate update on new releases. This page now has step-by-step user instructions.

Update 3 - Fixed Profit: Users can now enter their desired profit on each deal (this will be brought into a formula in a future version)

Update 4 - Repairs: Users can now enter their repairs (this will be brought into a formula in a future version).

Update 5 - Price Per Sq Ft Chart: Users can now see a visual Price Per Square Foot Chart which will aid in understanding if the local market is stagnant, appreciating or depreciating.

Update 6 - Reports %: User can now see how many comparable sales are missing critical data by glancing at the "Reports %" ratio. The higher the percentage the more complete your results.

Update 7 - Navigation: An improved navigation that consolidated all options to the top of the page.
