​The REIComp Software is a brilliant tool that will be used for many, many, years to come in this Real Estate Investment Culture that we love so much. This product has helped cut my research time in a half on analyzing my next deals. Not to mention, talk about leadership!! It truly inspired me as a young and hungry Real Estate Investor, Professional, and Appraiser to receive a phone call from the CEO/Founder of REIComp, and to get personally taught on how to operate his software step-by-step. Randy stayed on the phone; ran the test on my next deal, helped me summarize our findings, helped me run the exact same analysis on my end, made sure all my questions were answered and gave me pertinent investors advice along the way!!! It is no surprise why this software is so brilliant. Great leaders come up with great products!!! This was a gift to the culture.
